J-Way Enterprises is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an email with "Unsubscribe Me" as the subject line. J-Way Enterprises does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

SHIPPING
When you place an order in our online store, the charge is typically calculated at checkout based on standard shipping services for parcel size packages within the United States. When shipping in the continental United States, our standard method of shipping is USPS. Shipping Internationally, our standard method of shipping is USPS International Priority. Depending on circumstances, UPS is used.

Your order will ship according to the method you choose at checkout. Although you may choose 2 or 3 day priority, your order may not ship immediately, depending on availability of products in your order. Additional charges may be incurred if order is of unusual size or weight is not previously determined.

RETURNS
We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

We accept returns (except for electrical parts & Special Order Items) on any unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase . The return postage would be the responsibility of the purchaser with any restocking fee (usually 20% of the cost of the item) within two weeks of your receipt of item.

Non-Returnable items:
- Electrical parts and electronic equipment
- Custom/Special order items
* Non-electrical product ordered in error are handled on a case by case basis.*

To handle customer service most efficiently, packages should be open and inspected upon arrival. We require notification within 5 days of receipt. Credit would be issued at the time of receipt and after full examination of item via the original form of payment minus any fees, not valid for electrical parts, or special order items.

PRODUCT CHANGES
Manufacturers reserve the right to change and adjust prices without notice. If the actual price becomes greater than the price shown in your order, we will notify you before filling your order. There are instances where the manufacturer discontinues a part. You will be notified immediately, a refund issued unless we can come up with a viable replacement.
